The works in this series move within the realm of the absurd and of impasse. It is a space where the individual is confronted with the inability to cope with the complex, often irrational structures of society, while simultaneously feeling the need to belong to it. They constitute a visual testimony to how the individual, even in the midst of deadlock, continues to seek a place, meaning in their existence, and a sense of presence in a world that denies them individuality.
